TDM Rating (Read 386 times)

Since the QL forums are down maybe you guys can answer this question.  On a TDM game's result page between netD and Acc is something called Rating, what is that?  How do they come to that number and does it mean anything?  I can only see that category while logged into QL, otherwise if I look at the results page from my browser it does not exist.
