After much time (10 mins or so  ) I think I have found a nice medium to stream and play. Results here: It was encoded at 40 fps as a tester really to check frame drops and stuff. It seemed stable on OBS and as such I will be increasing it to 60fps as I have been informed my processor will easily handle that. Black bars on the side is because I hate playing quake in 16:9 it just doesn't feel natural so black bars on the side when I am playing and 16:9 when I am just speccing.
