I recorded from WolfcamQL : JPG + WAV, rendered to AVI in VDub then Re-Rendered in Vegas to lossless AVI with audio and compressed in handbrake.
What was the best method you said on irc the other day I've forgotten xD

Ahh.. I was drunk..I can't remember either.. But when I first used wolf I was in Linux.. So no JPG + WAV, rendered to AVI in VDub then Re-Rendered in Vegas to lossless AVI with audio. I simply recorded the demo in uncompressed avi..then sent it to handbrake to compress to an mp4 with an MKV wrapper. Now I'm using wolfwhisperer in Win7..but I've modified the ffmpeg engine it uses.. I'm only recording demos at 30 fps because they are for the drunktube (youtube) channel.. I don't use Sony, etc etc..as I don't do any editing.. I just want a simple click the demo..it records, compresses.. And I can up it to drunktube.... I've got my efx, blur, etc..all coming from wolf.. Jeez.. I think I'll have another beer..lol  |

You can in wolfcam record in avi only..This records with the sound.. simply use "video avi" This gives you an uncompressed avi with sound.. I never understood why people wanted to do the jpg, wav, etc etc..When they would have to send it to vdub to recombine everything.... I |
