Transatlantic Exhibition FT match (Read 909 times)

Hey folks,

This Sunday @ 9pm UK time we will be facing off against a selection of our North American friends in some uFreeze action.

We will be playing at least one match in Washington (NA) and at least one match in eu more than likely Maidenhead (UK)

We have the following players so far:

myst005 (possible/maybe/dunno)

So if anyone else would like to be involved that would be great because we will be making substitutions throughout the matches so everyone who is picked will get to play at least one match.

The match is to be streamed on some channel, not sure yet.

So if you can not moan about ping and such and such then you are more than welcome to join in.

Why 3 chills in it while we have better players?
I mean we can totally own them with our own players.
And then i mean galois,myth,postmetal etc.
First year we have players with 2000 elo,i suggest we use it to get worldchamp this year

Because this is an exhibition.

It's about promoting freeze tag.  The serious stuff starts soon with the drunk FT tournament.

Plus I think you are underestimating the NA uFreeze players.  They are some tough cookies and very very well organised.

They also have a different style of play.  They religiously guard frozen bodies and have some great item timing skills.

I repeat do no underestimate them.  They whooped smegs on both NA and EU servers in the WFL final.

Well you will see on Sunday evening.  Best pingers will be picked for the Washington game

wooks is right.. It's a whole different style here. They'll put the bodies in 1 room separated from each other if possible with at least 2 guards..

And don't underestimate their aim.. A lot of them Play CTF with a high rail acc.  They will use rail in all weaps ufreeze when the EU's go for other weapons

Hope you guys take some demos.. If anyone specs.. Do it from "follow killer".. Send me the demo and I'll wolfcam and drunktube..

Yeah they asked me,get 2 free days for it sow took wednesday night free.

How did it end wooks?
Took to long,2 matches on their server with 100 ping and then i couldnt take my revenge on eu server :/
I would have railed them al to heaven thought they would be better.
But i've learned some tricks from them..never actually realised you can shoot people out of the lava.

Well We lost both matches on the NA servers.

Overkill - 16-8

Retribution - 17-6

But we won our match.

Limbus 20-0

Then people were complaining about ping and the match kinda disintegrated after that.

So might need to try and find a happy medium for future matches.  But is very unlikely as I think Maidenhead is the only logical choice.  Well logical choice unless we all want massive pings.

Nah, no point swampy.

I don't think it will make for good viewing, plus people quitting during the match. 

It was just proper ping advantage domination
