Missus went shopping last night and come back with a beer called "bah humbug"

Quite fruity as beers go but thoroughly enjoyed it.

Do you get wychwood beers in the usa?

OMFG.. Even I can't stoop that low.. Well almost..When I'm on the crusty.. I drink 32 oz Miller Highlite Cans...

I love beer, But we don't drink it in ounces, we drink it in Pints.

The lovely pint, one of the things we have saved from the bureaucratic EU and there poxy meddling

I think it's 20oz per pint but I could be wrong.

It's getting nearer xmas so it means Port and Stilton for a while

Ya yer pints are bigger then USA pints= 16 oz oz here.. just be glad they didn't go metric!

For the most part, I'm a beer guy, but I am in love with Captain'N'Coke or Jack on the rocks (or straight up or with Coke)... which reminds me, I have a bottle of Captain sitting next to me, alongside a 2L of Coke... Hmm...

Edit: Someone else mentioned Jägerbombs. Of course! How could I forget this? And Jäger in general, actually.

Guinness beer with bit of black current one of my favorites
Also a fan of whiskey and rum. And YES 1BaMF, Jägerbombs!! there is not a nightout with out those xD

I use to drink Stella years and years ago. Mainly because it was always on offer. But not had one in years.

I migrated from Stella to Beers/Ales, Ciders and spirits when I hit mid 20's.

I do still drink lagers but they tend to be things like Carlsberg Export, Hoegaarden, and stuff like that.

I really went off the "strong" tasting lagers some time ago. I much prefer nowadays to have a refreshing lager that doesn't have so much of a strong taste.

But when Summer comes the ciders come out to play

A hot day + a bbq + A nice Cider over ice = My ideal day

I'd say English Ales / Stouts or German Weizens for beer, Jack Daniels / Johnnie Walker Black (12yo or up) on the rocks. Of course, nobody said it had to be only ONE of these at a time.

Cheap rotgut mescal sends me back to Tier 1.. It's a bad habit from when I was young and would go down to the Yucatan in Mexico for 3-4 months at a time and it was cheap rocket fuel..
