Hey oldsmokey.. I PM'ed you an email..Thanks.. I'd like to see how it runs. I've been pushing OSX users to dual boot Linux so they can enjoy QL to It's fullest since QL is still in beta for OSX after 2 years and is almost unplayable. Also we are always up for a friendly scrim. Most of our members that scrim are EU.. but if America..We could do a NY server. We have a lot of Pro members so no problem in starting a server. It was a custom Linux system he made with Quake Live and some tweaks. it was made in .ISO format for a quick download. It's all self contained. You can burn it to a cd/dvd.. or make it into a bootable usb pendrive.. And then boot into it on a Windows or OSX based computer so you can see how Quake Live runs in Linux .  Quake Live removed it from their Forums because it violated their TOS. |
