You can see that there timing the quad very good! I dont even know how long it takes to respawn for the items in ft. Also some little tips i got yesterday: When you just froze someone and are low on health just jump of or in lava and respawn with full healt  Same when your fighting and there is some lava or something nearby,go stand beside it and great chance you fall in when your frozen.Btw always shoot your enemies away by the lava when theyre frozen,sow they dont respawn |

You can also shoot team mates from a distance over a ledge or into lava so you don't waste time standing next to them.Use the Rail.
Also If you have 2 frozen enemy’s.. try to separate them to make it harder to thaw.

Also If you have 2 frozen enemy’s.. try to separate them to make it harder to thaw. That annoys the hell out of me when you have team-mates shoving 2 frozen enemies together. It's like "ok make it easier for them why don't ya" Timings (I think) quad/battlesuit 120 seconds (2 mins) Red Armour 25 seconds Yellow Armour 25 seconds Mega Health 35 seconds |

I remember playing FT a few weeks back and someone was doing it. Not paying attention so railed him in the back and thawed 4 team mates at the same time |
