Actually dynamic ip can be solved with baning your ip range so no use of it. He could use vpn of his own county or somewhat near him. Payed offcourse. Proxies are slow and unreliable. Atleast public ones. Back in a day i used to use all those for some shady actions xD

iD introduced something pretty amazing: sampler domination matches. For standard members! There are only a few servers around the world and I think the only map played is chemical reaction. Still nice to be able to play some premium content as standard  |
