I think drunk, should have a noob army wing. with a little bit of training maybe we could become the elite noobs. but i think thats a great idea for people like me, who are ok, but to be straight im kind of a noob (NO TROLLING ON ME , ) and i could never be in qrunk, id get bitch slapped!, maybe there are a few others who agree or disagree, but we dont have to be SUPER active, maybe a few scrims here and there. and we could have a personal trainer pahaha anyways please reply your ideas

You're already in drunk sow could play with other drunks.
Think then it would be better to make a different wing for each gametype...
For example 1 team for ctf,1 team for ca and so on...but then again,even with qrunk we dont win much:p

We don't have enough people yet to start breaking up into more factions..

drunk and qrunk do a great great job of sometimes winning.. or not.

We have a laugh and frag away.. as it should be..

Basically drunk was started as a clan for anyone of any skill level..who wanted a tag ,

without being in a competitive clan... And it shall stand on that..

Howsoever.. It's very nice to see the duel tourny and drunk members going out to do battle..

More scrims would be great.. And I'd like to see the Saturday scrim vs chill pick up.. ( sorry I've missed them, been having to work on that day)

Any way.. all suggestions are welcome!

For those of you up to scrim and battle, etc.. You need to friends list and talk to each other more

Downlink,when i started at drunk i was skil level 1,really noob.Now i'm tier 3/4 and still getting better:)
Will this sunday set up a ca server for all drunks/qrunks about 18.00u CET.
So everybody just join,then we can do some practice with the clan and have a good lauch with some fragging:)

I don't think personally there is any point in extending the drunk clan once more.

We have the drunk clan, plus we have the qrunk clan for "competitive matches"

There are plenty of drunk users who are always willing to play matches and get involved.

We normally do a saturday scrim against whoever really. sometimes it's drunk vs chill and other times it's completely shuffled.

It's fun and you pick up loads of things along the way because some of those chill's are pretty damn good players.

Also keep your eye out for a CA drunk event that I am trying to iron out. That way you get to play against better players and not so good players that are looking to improve a bit.

But my advice to you for setting something up is to post here at the forums, and also add more active EU drunk players because a majority don't come to the forums but are more than happy to play matches with the fellow drunks.

As swampy said, I think having drunk and qrunk as a sub clan is probably good enough for the time being.

But you never know things might change in the future.

To get into qrunk you just need to be active in drunk related events i.e. duel tourneys, saturday scrims and stuff like that.

Has nothing really to do with skill level because if it did would I really be a part of it?

So join events, and make yourself known and you never know you might have the tag in the future.

Right time to get myself prepared for liverpool to get a spanking this evening ;D

Saturdays are good.. Basically add people that are posting here on the board to your friends list.

These are the people that try to get together to play..

Join the next drunk duel league... It's for fun..No matter win or lose..

Also you never know what drunks will show up..As wooks says.. a lotta drunks don't come over here to the board.. but they are on a lot of our friends lists.. They might be wearing another tag

But they are still registered as a drunk.. A lot of our members wear multi tags..


You'd be surprised at who still is a registered drunk, even though they might be playing under a different tag, or switching back and forth..

ok guys, thanks for all the replies, but i think ill stay away from he duel league, because i still need to practice, for some reason last time i checked i was tier 3 duel?! if i did join i doubt id get a frag but its for fun anyways. and that nitrogen guy looks scary.

If you want to practice duel with me (epikt, not gauntletman ^^), you're welcome.
I might be a bit better than you though, we need to try and see if the skill difference is not too frustrating. I also can introduce you to some guys approximately at your level (I think) I got on my friend list.

Imo the best way to practice duel at low skill is to play with people you know and avoid pubs as much as possible (iirc I only played 2 pub duels since the beginning of the year). You need to play in an environment where you enjoy playing even if you lose, to minimise frustration and discouragement (it seems a lot of "rookies" try duel, get destroyed and never play again, especially if they're said "duel is the most advanced gametype blabla"; it's sad, because it's a great gametype even if your suck).
