Since the last update I have started to suffer from some annoying lagging issues. I checked the FPS and it seems to be acting erratically even standing still on a practice map it's constantly jumping about going up and down up and down. It use to be fine, and run really smooth, then tried playing after the latest update and it's just gone to pot. I have posted a ping test and a Speed test result to see if that is the cause. One thing to note with that, my upload speed use to be 1.5 so maybe my connection could be crap at the minute. I have checked to see if anything is running in the background and there isn't. So thought I would check to see if anyone here has any ideas before I open up a support ticket. Cheers    |

have the same issue and some other people also told me they have this problem.
dunno if it helps to send a support ticket since ID won't fix it until the next update...

My ping from Texas has gone from 32 to 47..But no problem.. I'm used to getting fragged!

lol ;D I'm still getting it, but I think I have got use to it after just playing with it for a while. I hope it's fixed in the next update because it gets really annoying on some maps. I did send a support ticket to ID but got a pretty poor response. But that was when I first started getting the erratic FPS. But might get a different response now if others are having the same issue. Spose will just wait till the next update and see if anything changes. Well fingers crossed. |

having the same problem...Maybe for some drunks its helpful to instal game booster.
game booster 3 is free to download and is easy to use.
You can turn it on when your going to play some games and it closes al background devices which run on your pc.
When i start game booster it says my pc is 40% faster:)
