Our murder rate is 7-10 times the National rate.. (you heard that right!) Our Police force over the years will not release our murder statistics to the F.B.I.... That's just bloody nuts  I mean I knew it was above the average rate, but didn't think it was 7 - 10 times. Is it really confined to certain areas? Or was he just waffling to try and reassure outsiders? |
