I was talking to Trixy about setting up a FT scrim with AI and then Unholy Bliss approached me and asked if I would be interested in running a FT tournament. So, we need to talk to the other clans an gauge their interest. We need to discuss things like what format would work best. One day tournament? Multi day tourny like with CA? Round robin? An entire FT league with playoffs at the end? I'll do what I can but will appreciate any help and/or feedback, thanks.

I'll play..I finally got everything working.. Real internet, decent ping, and finally a good fps.. Or I'll spec.. I'm re learning wolfcam.and should be able to make nice demo's for youtube ..  |

That might be a good idea. It would be nice to have a central place to hold discussions. Or maybe it would be a better idea to use the battlegrounds website since the tourny will be through them. Although they are thinking about revamping the whole thing so any discussions might be lost if we do it there before the transition. Maybe it would be a better idea to do it here, I dunno.
DSG, I would definitely like your help on this.

oops sorry..I deleted part of my post.. We can make a Tourney specific Board here for people to connect on. I can set it up so people can post without having to do a l/p registration here. No problem at all.  |

I don't know how much help I can be, I just jump off the Bridge as much as the next Guy. But don't know how active I will be (no room to talk) in the next 2 months. Have to Remodel 2 Bedrooms in that time. So my Playtime will be when most of you Folks are sleeping. If you are going to do Prizes, I can Handle that!  |

I think we need to gauge interest. If 8 teams or more are able to dedicate to this, then league/playoffs seem acceptable. If fewer (let's say more than 4 teams), having a two-three week tourney (like we did the CA tourney) would work. If even fewer teams, then one day tourney.
For now, let's sit back and watch how they organize the next CA tourney and learn from that. Best if a few of us are involved in that- either in helping organize or something (I did offer to commentate, so I do think I'll be helping a bit behind the scenes as well).

Lol since when is chill world champ?did i miss something?they didnt make a chance against us,we won 3 years in a row every match.Its that im to busy with ictf/ift now and simply dont have time anymore for alweaps |

Haha I was just joking around. I thought you played with the Chill clan, who is your clan qrunk? Bring them too! Hell, duke it out with the Chill clan and winner of that gets to play winner of the NA side.
In all seriousness though, if either qrunk or chill wants to be part of this tourny the more the merrier. We can stipulate that all games with EU players must be played on the east coast. Let me know if either team is serious and wants in. Or like I said before, we could just have one fun final match with NA vs EU.
Swampy, that's your job. You're our EU liaison.
