Food pairing, walnuts and stilton.
Question: Do you get proper Stilton imported over in America? Proper stilton from Derbyshire, Leicestershire or Nottinghamshire because the term stilton has protected status in the EU and can only be called stilton if it has been made in those locations, but I don't think it covers the Americas and Canada though.
I could be wrong, but I am sure it only covers the EU.
I need cheese info lololol
