Must have had some 24 hour bug, feeling much better now. So I decided to try and figure out how to record teamspeak, nothing like waiting until the last minute eh? I've only got one problem, I only have the choice between recording both the output from my speakers and the audio my mic picks up or just the speakers. The problem with that is what I personally say on teamspeak doesn't go through my speakers so I can't just turn off the mic input and still get myself on this recording. To get myself on this recording I'd have to set it to pick up all my mic sounds whether I've got my push to speak button pressed or not. Since I don't use a headset I'm afraid the in game sounds would cause bad feedback when it records them both coming out of my speakers and my mic at the same time. So I'm not sure I can pull it off today. Maybe someone with a headset or someone that doesn't want to talk could do the recording. Audacity is real easy to set up for it. I can go through the trouble of putting the audio and video together and syncing them up if the person recording doesn't want to. Probably too late for today anyway.
On a side note, don't know why I didn't see this before but when you open teamspeak there's this little red "dog"? type head that says install overwolf. There's that teamspeak overlay that Squidd and I were talking about after hearing that DSG has one.

It's ok if you can't record TS3 today, it's just something I want to do eventually. I'll take a look into it once my midterms are done.
And... I /just/ realized the overwolf overlay right now. Whoa. I spent an hour figuring out overlays and imported one in from another game, only to find... RRRGH
I'll see you guys online (QL and TS3) in a b it less than 3 hours~!

Glad to hear you're feeling better, Funk! I've used overwolf for a friends list overlay in a game years ago, but I didn't even notice the logo on  . haha As far as TS3/mic recording, I can help get that figured out sometime. |
