Spiked from UFT says his clan is down for some ufreeze action against DNA! They're a good bunch of people, really friendly. They've been playing this mode for really long time but I think we'll do okay. DSG and I talked to them tonight. I'm sure DSG will be letting everyone know the details once they're more firm. (Probably looking at a Thursday?) Feels good to have the clan a bit more active again. Should be a good time.

As long as we learn from the lessons of the past, we should do fine! I'll be talking to them more, getting some details down. Thursdays, as Funk said, seem to be a good day for them (Tuesdays/Thursdays).

You will have some great games with them and learn some new FT skills also.
Not really played against them as such, but did play a select NA team EU and NA server once.

We are on for the evening/night of Thursday Feb 5th! Not completely sure what time. I told them Gangland couldn't be on until around 9:30 central. If we get enough people online we might start earlier and let Gangland join in the later games.
We just need to bring as many people as we can. I told them with any luck we might have 6-8, I know that could be optimistic.
I figure we've got me, DSG, Blackpearl, Lowlife, Swampy/Rabbit, Squidd, hopefully Gangland pretty much confirmed, correct me if I'm wrong. Then with any luck and if they hear about it Pelind, Braine, Blindlight, maybe some of the new guys.
I looked at their clan roster tonight and they had something like 10 people online. So I'll bet we can get a decent sized game going.

Yea they are unranked because of the "classic" ruleset being unranked by default.

While on the ufreeze server I caught a bit of chat. I think it was makoeyes_0x0 that said something about how he'd like to organize either a ft or ufreeze tournament, not sure but probably ufreeze. Then I missed a few things because I wasn't paying attention and someone asked about DNA playing ft, I told them we play anything. Then someone said, 'that makes 3 teams'. Not sure who the other clan was, that's the part I missed I guess. So nothing solid at all, just talk but maybe look forward to a ufreeze tournament in the future. If it does happen I suggest we practice against UFT a little. We could play them again anyway if there's interest in doing that again.
