If you have Onboard Video, use that till.. For about 4 monthes while I was Building the PC I am using now,, I was using our House PC. Which is just a Cheap HP. With everything turned down,, it worked Fantastic... Just Saying.............

Try updating or reinstalling the drivers.
If AMD video card then you will probably need to remove everything software related to the video card before installing them again.

I get problems with Windows and Linux. Sometimes just by turning On my pc. Linux doesn't use the same driver as Windows so I really think it's the card itself. Have been able to play Quake yesterday without problem. Hope it will stay that way! Boyfriend is with me this week so if I get problems, I will ask him to put a new card. Sometimes it's useful to have a bf who works with computers all day long.

Yep, we tried my screen on a laptop, no problem, so problem comes from my PC. I have Linux on my computer (thanks to my previous bf lol seems like I love geeks) so we tried that out too and I have the problem. Didn't have any problem since yesterday night tho so I just hope the cleanup helps out!
