I should get a hold of "theoldcodger" as he wears the drunk tag sometimes..and as he would be playing for us..He's in U.K. so he'd have a very low ping..And all he plays is iCTF . I'm looking for every angle I can find including maybe bringing in some 2000+ ELO ringers.. As I don't want <DNA> to go down with out a fight.. Did I just say we will fight dirty? Oh..I think I did!!!  (Make note-- American server in Texas so wooks doesn't get 80 ping to west coast..) |

lolol You seem to be forgetting that is it a UK select team for this one. hairyonion do you fancy this as your baptism of fire? Bad ping one match, Good ping second match. While laughing on TeamSpeak at some of the moves me and docp pull off  ATM it is myself, docpossible and kanzo am looking for one more UK player. As soon as docpossible is back from his holiday we shall get organised and get fragging. |

Hopefully we can get together and go over a little FT strategy, or at least play a game or two.
I'm far from any kind of expert FT player but I've seen some common mistakes I hope we can avoid. Main one, don't group up frozen players! If the enemy can unfreeze two players at the same time, that's bad. Depending on the room, maybe leave a frozen player in the middle as bait, as opposed to stuffed in a corner. You can unfreeze through some walls too, so keep that in mind offensively and defensively. We should have some sort of plan on guarding frozen players as well. Maybe have hunters and guarders? I dunno on that one. I've never played a game organized enough so see how that would work. Also remember that if you can knock a frozen teammate into a void/lava from a distance, do it. Timing items and power ups can be crucial to winning or losing so hopefully we'll be on teamspeak and whoever has a time can relay it to others, especially quad damage.
I'm hoping we'll be playing all weapons. I find that to be much more fun and strategic than insta. Especially if you get to keep all weapons and armor after winning a round.
