The Summer Meltdown

Start date: 19th August

Gametype: Freeze Tag

Teamsize: 4 v 4

Format: Round Robin with each team playing each team once in a Bo3 contest.

Matches: Will be 'Best of 3' (cointoss winner decides if they would like to pick first or second - pick, pick, drop, drop - Leftover map will be tiebreaker)

Max team members: 5 (you can have more if needed, but only 5 winners tokens will be distributed to winning team, so team captain to decide) Players need to have played at least one match to be eligible for prizes.

Maps: The Edge -- Grim Dungeons -- Intervention -- Dreadful Place -- Retribution

Server Locations:  Decided by teams before match starts

Prizes:

Winners: 1 month Pro token for each of the 5 players in the listed team (or stated by team captain)

MVP: 1 month Premium

Most thaws: 1 month Premium

Other prizes to be listed at a later date for various achievements including a special award.

Prizes to be handed out after final match has taken place on either Drunk or Chill irc #drunk or #clanchill

If you wish to enter please state team name + the players you have in your teams.

I do not want this delayed too much, so please try and get your matches arranged in a swift manner so we can start some more fun contests

Rules Edit: 

If a player has a technical problem (i.e. 999) within 2 minutes of the start of the match the match is to be aborted and restarted.  If the issue is after the 2 minute mark the match is to be paused for a maximum of 10 minutes (which is sufficient time for a computer reboot).

Quake has a certain bug sometimes when players cannot join during a timeout/pause, if this occurs the match is to be unpaused and the match is to continue as normal and it is then up to that player to get into the server as quickly as possible to help his team-mates.

Hey guys, sorry for my late response. Been super busy with arranging stuff (Wooks knows what for). So that's why I haven't been online. Won't be for a while. I'm (probably too) paranoid to put the reason why on a public place. Should be able to make half august! Xxx

My room is one massive meltdown at 36 degrees will be fun if temperatures are still the same at the date it starts, this way it adds to the realistic factor of playing a game!

That's fine terror. When fixtures have been finalised just arrange your match for that weekend
