Apologies if you thought I was in a mood earlier on.

I was just annoyed with my own performance, I felt I could have played 10 times better than I did and it frustrated the heck out of me.

I have had a beer and I feel better now

I am going to arrange a practice match against someone. Just so we can become a bit more drilled with positioning.

Ah it's cool wooks! I was annoyed aswell. Though I was pretty satisfied about Jap Castle. I agree on the practice match, we could really use that.

Haha it made me laugh Wooks, you said 'I'm gonna get drunk' and poof, you were offline. Wanted to say goodbye to you on Mumble but you already signed off there as well. I actually thought I played fairly decent, my acc was acceptable, especially in comparison to the previous matches.

Assasin told me our defence on courtyard was hard to break through so atleast we did a good job with that on the communication side I guess.

I already made an agreement with that assasin to practice against each other after the cup,they help us and whe help them for the next cups
I already new our defense whas gonna be damm hard at courtyard thats why i proposed that sort of defense+it actually gave me the time to look at the gameplay of ya all.
Jor,nice job you did over there!!You gonna be our mid defend from now on if you want?
Im gonna be honest,and want everybody to do the same if you got something to tel about someone in the team to improve.
I didnt see wooks in our base,sow it means he was trying hard to get the flag.
But i did see proph a few times in our base and thats not where he was needed.
Me and jor had it under control there.
Everytime i saw wooks somewhere left on the map and proph somewhere on the other side.
You needed to find each other,but that didnt happen and thats exactly why no one scores.
Next time come back to base,regroup and go together..
Also i think the most experienced players should go for the flag and thats probably me and wooksie.
Im total no defender,was the first time i did it as long as i play...
Next time proph flag defender,jor mid defend,me and wooks go get the flag?
And as soon as someone has the flag the mid defender comes also out to help or keep our way back clear.
If everybody agrees with it then i suggest that proph goes practice some insta ffa to get high acc and learn how to camp/defend more for defending the flag

Also gonna talk some with wooks over Qrunk,it needs to be an more exclusive/competitive wing.
Pretty embarrising that whe needed to take a reserve player from drunk while Qrunk has more then enouch members.The problem is the most members dont play for qrunk anymore.And thats not where qrunk was made for.Also whe could go use the practice days to search for new talent.(which im gonna start as soon as there are enouch votes on the poll)Sow all drunks come practice .Okay i made my point i think,sorry if someone doesnt like it.Just wanna do the right thing

Also I should get a hold of some older drunk players that never come here. We have a lot of tier 4 players out there. visje was a drunk

It's not high skill that's needed really as some skills can be learned fairly quickly. i.e. for insta matches.

Just reliable people really

Because the same 4 people cannot play all the matches. If that's the case I will end up single before long lolol

On courty I kinda got lost sometimes =\ But I was already thinking during the match on courty yard, I should defend and TerrorJ should attack with Wookster. As for my acc I think the main problem here is me hitting lots of people who where fragged just a tiny moment before I pulled the trigger [ I notice that in my own experience] besides that I still strafe to much around. I guess those blank shots at spawning cant be helped lol.

But what my proposal is, play some pickup games [#instagib.ql] together and get on teamspeak with those guys, you get to learn from the experienced top notch railers. You can learn from how they communicate etc their movements. That's how MTS got better so quickly.

as wooks says,it have to be reliable people,skill can be learned.
take proph for examp got in a few weeks from t2 to t4

btw proph mts made rules in their clan,like practice 1time a week otherwise kick or something..,they do look at each other demos to see where to improve and theyve asked a good player to look when they train and give them tips how to improve
But still,on japanese i humiliated them all with my gauntlet XD
Also a good tip,if youre standing with an enemy and you al have shot a few times switch immediatly after your shot to gauntlet and kil

Well I got the proposal from MTS about the pickup and teamspeak thing That's where they got the good player from to watch their play and give tips.
