Any ideas for which map I should play hemp against? I never play CA or Duel.. I'm toast .. I'm thinking a very small map so to get it over with very quickly..

Try ZTN, I think it is pretty easy to learn.
campgrounds is easy aswell, but really hard to play for a low-skilled player, you will have a hard time when the opponent is in control.
vertical vengeance is worth a try as well.
just try all the maps in practice mode and pick the one you like most (:
