Hiya folks, One of the people on my contact list may be interested in a scrim against us and his clan. They are thinking of a CTF match which could become a regular thing. At the moment they are tier 2/3 (one tier 2 player and three tier 3 players EDIT: and one tier 4) If we can get together 5 - 8 players this would be a good thing as we would have spares ready to jump in if someone can't make it or they start having connection issues. But for this to actually kick off he needs to try and wrangle his crew together as we do as his members are more difficult to wrangle up than we are  . If we can get it arranged then I am thinking of doing some practice matches so we can get to grips with who are the best defenders, the best attackers and the best mid/support players. CTF? Tier 2/3? I'll defend and squat on our flag like it's my last beer! You guys gun n run.. tomacc and skty rail and nail.. wook take the middle in case I miss anyone, (if a mine map..show them some loving from the oven).. Game On! Anyway.. My strongest point on CTF is defend.. It's about the flag.. Not Kills.. You CA people go for the flag and KILL<KILL<KILL! (and of course bring the flag home  A good CTF team breaks down with 2 defend, 1-2 in middle of the map to f00k things up.. and the rest to run and kill and go for the flag.. Not hard to do, even if yer a CA Player.. lol |

Excellent stuff mars and swamps Yup, I'm better either defending or supporting the running team as they make there way back, not quite fast enough to be an efficient flag runner |

I'm tier 4 ctf, I'm best at defending, but I'm good at running as well so it's all good

Good stuff Ok the players we have so far and there skills: Swamps - Flag Sitter (basically if you lose the flag you lose a beer ) Wook - Def / Mid / Support (I will stalk the mid area, and will track back if needed or support the incoming flag runner) Skty - Mid Support / Runner (Could Def at some point if we are being slightly out numbered defensively) T0maccomars - Runner (Run forrest Ruuuuuun ;D But can also mid defend ) Looking good so far, and seems in theory that we have the basis of a good team. |

I spoke to him last night and he isn't bothered doc. Which makes me think he is being a sneaky begger and is going to turn up with 5 tier 4 players ;D So if you want to play, you can it's entirely up to you But it's all down to him pulling his finger out and trying to round up his troops |
