I'll keep an eye on this because I think it will be good recording material. No pressure Toma just make sure your laptop is cool before you log on Also check this out, it worked with overheating issues on my old laptop, but don't know if it will for yours. www.nextag.com/cooling-fans-for-laptop-computer/stores-htmlI don't know the german equivalent shops for them, but I noticed at my local electrical shop you could pick one up for about £5 which is about €5.84 so keep an eye out but then at a fiver I'm not expecting it to be brilliant. But could be something that might help your over-heating issues. Good call..this is my problem also.. It seems QL overheats my old x3100 card. Halo runs fine..

Well you never know. My old donkey of a laptop a few years back would just be constantly running hot, and the laptop fan working overtime just to try and cool it down. Got one of those laptop cooler things and yea it still got hot, but my issue with the computer going into hibernation mode vanished. Then someone told me to check the thermal paste on the CPU (effort I know) but when I checked it had gone all hard and crusty, so replaced the paste with some decent stuff, and not one problem since. I'm gonna drag it's sorry old arse down from the loft later on and check see if it works without the cooler. Never checked that once I replaced the paste.

If we can't play it today, I'm not going to be able to do it for some time. We're moving house tomorrow, and BT (being super efficient and all) aren't connecting the netz until the 22nd... It's unlikely I'll be able to play tonight either

I was trying to view some of your matches doc, hell even go to spec. But I get the message to buy pro/premium. Non-standard arenas maybe?

BT, Sky and Virgin there all the bloody same. Quick enough to take your money but when you actually need something they don't give a monkeys. ;D I'm in a dispute with Sky at the moment Not going to bore you all with it though A week though to switch on the phone? That's pretty damn daft. I bet if you were a new customer it would be a heck of a lot quicker

Sorry for disappearing on you for so long. BT has managed to finally bestow some second rate 'broadband' service on me, which I'm stuck with for 18 months. The nice man from Sky hooked us up to the telly on Sunday too so it's beginning to feel like I've returned to civilization at last !
Is this Thursday ok for the final ? Say 8pm UK time ?

I hope thats alright because then I can watch that instead of crappy deadenders and all the other soaps the missus watches. It might pick up doc. My Broadband took 2 weeks to get up to a decent speed. oooooh with you being with BT any news of when infinity is coming your way? I'm stuck with bloody sky broadband so unless they do a deal with BT for fibre im stuck with adsl for the forseeable future

It took 10 days for AT&T to come check out my phone/dsl line at my new apartment.. I had to take the day off and wait. They never showed or called. We were going through a tropical storm though. Lucky I was off the next day when the guy came. It turned out all my phone lines were dead, so he had to run a new line. Then he did not have tools to run into my house. Good thing I'm a carpenter and my tools were at home and not on a job site.. I picked out a place under my computer table crawled under the house and drilled a hole through the floor for him exactly where I wanted it.... lol

"soberest drunk" Oxymoron? Sad state of affairs Anyone that can strafe, aim and time items well enough to win the Drunk Duel league ought to be ashamed of themselves. Unless they've got a heroic tolerance to the hard stuff of course )
