yeah lil bummed, I dont mind casual clan but if were going to be scrimming anyone ppl need to make a little effort to practice sometimes, i dont enjoy getting stomped once every other week, would rly like to put some moderate effort in and beat oso at least and move up a rung. ironically had much better CTF times in this sposedly CA clan |

Our Levels of gameplay are a real Mix Match. We did the Availability Chart and setup Fight Nights. And its still hit and miss. Understandable. The other night 4 of us were on one Team. We got Raped.Was it because we are Crappy Team? No! Not practicing as a Team? Yes! I have been getting the worst beatings since I have been doing CA (only been in this for 2 months), even going back to Q2. I don't loose Sleep over it and I have not since. I have faith we will come together.

All good things to those who wait. I guess I've always lived by this mantra. It works 50 percent of the time.  ) I like all the ideas that are flying around. Deathstar has an idea about tourneys. Wookster and TerrorJ are offering scrims cross-antlantic. Very cool stuff happening for the WHOLE clan. It's easy to forget that there is more than just N.A. in this clan sometimes. In addition, theres a-lot happening for Quake in general (intel sponsorship, Wolfenstein{with Doom and Pro-token}, Quakecon) and we all could be on the forefront of a new wave of interest for the game. Something to consider. On Monday all of us went to the server, and we all know the outcome. In all actuality I think we were bested, but could have done better with some communication, and better teamplay. I'm not interested in dwelling on what is out of our control. We can control how we react to it though. So, I'll make an effort to get to Wed. and Fri. night fights, and keep practicing daily. If you see me online, hit me up, and I'll do vice versa.  I'm down for all of it. Scrims, practice, shots, NSFW, et al. I added my FB and Skype to my profile, so shoot me an invite and such and what not and I tell ya what. As far as everything else,,,,, moving on from a hiccup and a bad headache.    |

I've been very lax on Wed and Fridays....We need to set an exact hour for all USA time zones.
I'm gonna say 7 PM for PST because that would make CST 9 PM and EST 10 PM..

Sorry I missed practice. I haven't played at all in almost a week. Work got super busy and unfortunately its completely unpredictable but hopefully this week will be better. Everyone should have the login by now. Lowlife and I use it to B.S.. It's a great way to just have some banter ( and some  talking ) ) going while playing the game. We need to seriously utilize it for any team matches. If you don't have a login let me know. Also, if you don't have the hardware (mic-speakers-etc.) let me know! I don't have the login yet. I downloaded TS3 so I have that. I don't have a headset or anything though. I just use some old pc speakers set on either side of me and the mic on my laptop which means I have to set a button to activate my mic or everyone else hears feedback of themselves through my speakers which ruins the whole server. |
